- MBBS degree recognized by NMC
- Completion of Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI)
- Permanent or provisional registration with State Medical Council / NMC
- Qualification in NEET-PG with required percentile
- Admission through KNRUHS PG Medical Counselling or approved management/NRI quota
