1. MBBS degree from an NMC‑recognised institution.
2. Completion of one‑year compulsory internship by the specified date.
3. Qualified NEET‑PG.
4. Participation in Uttar Pradesh NEET‑PG counselling for seat allocation.
5. Registration with the State/NMC Medical Council (or eligibility to obtain).

The MS – Obstetrics & Gynaecology program at NCR Institute of Medical Sciences, Meerut, is a rigorous three‑year postgraduate surgical and clinical course designed to develop specialised skills in women’s healthcare.
