Eligibility

  • MBBS degree (or an equivalent medical qualification) from a college recognised by the NMC. 
  • Completion of the one-year compulsory rotating internship. 
  • Valid registration with the Medical / State Medical Council (or NMC) for the MBBS qualification.

Admission Process:

  1. Complete MBBS + compulsory one-year rotating internship and get registration.
  2. Appear for the NEET PG exam and obtain a valid score.
  3. Check the cut-off/percentile/rank required for MS General Surgery for your category.
  4. Participate in PG counselling (state or national as per rules) where MS seats are allocated. Adesh General Surgery seats are part of the counselling process. 
  5. After seat allotment, undergo document verification (MBBS certificate, internship certificate, registration certificate, NEET PG rank card etc.).
  6. Pay the required fees and enrol.
