MD Radiodiagnosis

1. MBBS degree from an NMC-recognised institution
2. Completion of rotating internship on or before the cut-off date
3. Qualified NEET-PG with required category-wise percentile
4. Valid medical registration certificate (provisional or permanent)

The MD – Radio Diagnosis programme at TSRMMCHRC is a rigorous three-year postgraduate training course designed to produce competent radiologists with strong diagnostic and interpretative skills. Residents receive structured training in conventional radiography, ultrasonography, CT, MRI, and fluoroscopic procedures within a tertiary care teaching hospital. The programme emphasizes image interpretation, radiation safety, clinical correlation, and multidisciplinary interaction with other departments. Academic activities include seminars, case discussions, journal clubs, and research work. Graduates are well prepared for careers in diagnostic centres, hospitals, academic institutions, and advanced subspecialty training.

1. Appear and qualify NEET-PG with a valid score
2. Register for counselling through the Medical Counselling Committee (All India Quota) and/or Tamil Nadu State Counselling Authority
3. Choice filling for MD – Radio Diagnosis at TSRMMCHRC
4. Seat allotment based on NEET-PG rank, category, and seat availability
5. Report to the institute for original document verification
6. Payment of course fees and confirmation of admission
7. Apply for hostel accommodation if required
