MD Radiodiagnosis

Students interested in pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree in Radiodiagnosis are required to have earned their MBBS, or an equivalent degree from a university recognized by the MCI and scored a minimum of 55% on their aggregate exams.

The Medical Doctorate in Radiodiagnosis, also referred to as a Doctorate of Medicine in Radiodiagnosis, is a program that lasts for three years and is at the doctoral level. This programme will teach students about diagnostic procedures in the medical field that make use of ultrasound, resonance, and radiation. The curriculum includes pathology, physiology, and anatomy, amongst others.

Employment opportunities in MD Radiodiagnosis are abundant in both public and private institutions. After graduating from a Radiodiagnosis program, students can pursue careers in various settings, including nursing homes, diagnostic laboratories, radiology departments, and even as associate professors of radiology.

Admissions will be based on merit and the results of entrance examinations, followed by a group discussion or individual interview.
