Amala Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Thrissur is a reputed private medical college established in 2002, affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) and recognised by the National Medical Commission. The MD Psychiatry program is a three-year full-time postgraduate degree designed to train medical graduates in the clinical and academic aspects of psychiatry.
