    1. MBBS qualification recognized by the National Medical Commission
    2. Completion of compulsory rotating internship on or before the prescribed cutoff date
    3. Valid NEET-PG qualification for the respective admission year
    4. Permanent or provisional medical registration certificate
    5. Fulfilment of counselling authority and institutional admission requirements
