- Completion of one-year internship prior to joining the program.
- Registration with a State Medical Council/NMC.
- Qualified NEET-PG with the required percentile as per category (e.g., ~50% for general; relaxations for reserved categories) for eligibility to counselling.

Admission Process:
- Qualify NEET-PG: Appear for and secure a valid score in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Postgraduate (NEET-PG).
- Register for Counselling: Register online with the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for 15% All-India Quota and with the State Common Entrance Test Cell (Maharashtra) for 85% State Quota seats.
