The MD Pharmacology program at AJIMS aims to build strong theoretical and practical understanding of drug actions, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and toxicology. The department features modern laboratories for experimental pharmacology, clinical pharmacology, and analytical work. Students participate in animal experiments, drug assays, prescription analysis, seminars, journal clubs, research projects, and undergraduate teaching. AJIMS provides an academic environment with experienced faculty, access to research facilities, and exposure to pharmacovigilance and clinical trial methodology.
