A.J. Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre (AJIMS), Mangalore, is a well-established medical college affiliated with RGUHS and recognized by the NMC. The Pediatrics (Paediatrics) department at AJIMS serves a high-patient-load teaching hospital with a dedicated pediatric ward, NICU, and PICU, ensuring strong clinical exposure for postgraduates. MD Paediatrics students handle diverse pediatric cases including neonates, infectious diseases, growth and developmental disorders, and pediatric emergencies. 2. Register for counselling: KEA (Karnataka) for state quota, and MCC for All India Quota (if applicable).
3. Participate in choice-filling, selecting AJIMS, Mangalore → MD Paediatrics.
4. Undergo seat allotment based on NEET rank, reservation, and counselling norms.
5. Go through document verification (MBBS degree, internship certificate, NEET score, etc.).
6. Pay the required admission fees (depends on quota).
7. Report to AJIMS with original documents to secure the seat.
8. Register with RGUHS for the academic program.
9. Start the MD Paediatrics course.
