MD Pathology

1. MBBS degree recognized by the National Medical Commission
2. Completion of compulsory rotating internship on or before the date specified by KNRUHS
3. Valid NEET-PG qualification
4. Permanent or provisional registration with State Medical Council / NMC
5. Admission through centralized counseling process only

The MD Pathology program at RVM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Siddipet, provides comprehensive training in diagnostic pathology and laboratory medicine. The curriculum covers histopathology, cytopathology, hematology, clinical pathology, and transfusion medicine. Students receive hands-on exposure through well-equipped laboratories and hospital-based diagnostic services. Emphasis is placed on microscopy, slide reporting, autopsy techniques, and quality control in laboratories. The department encourages research activities, case discussions, and academic seminars. Faculty members guide students in developing diagnostic accuracy and analytical skills. Graduates of the program are prepared for careers in diagnostic laboratories, teaching institutions, research organizations, and hospital pathology departments.

1. Qualify NEET-PG conducted by the National Board of Examinations
2. Register for KNRUHS postgraduate medical counseling (or MCC counseling, as applicable)
3. Choose MD Pathology at RVMIMS Siddipet during option entry
4. Seat allotment based on NEET-PG rank, category, and availability
5. Report to the institute for verification of documents and medical fitness
6. Complete admission formalities and payment of prescribed fees
7. Begin academic training as per KNRUHS academic schedule
