MD Pathology

1. Completed MBBS from a recognised medical institution.
2. Completed or expected to complete the one‑year rotating internship as per NMC requirements.
3. Qualified NEET‑PG with the required category‑wise percentile as per NMC guidelines.
4. Valid registration certificate (provisional or permanent) from NMC/State Medical Council.

The MD – Pathology program at Trichy SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Centre is a comprehensive three‑year postgraduate course designed to provide deep understanding of the mechanisms, causes, and effects of diseases at the cellular and tissue levels. 2. Register for counselling through the MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) for All‑India Quota and/or State Counselling Authority for State Quota.
3. Choice filling: Select MD – Pathology at Trichy SRM Medical College as preferred choice.
4. Seat allotment: Seats are allotted based on NEET‑PG rank, category, and availability.
5. Document verification: Report with original certificates including NEET‑PG scorecard, MBBS degree, internship certificate, registration certificate, identity proof, etc.
6. Fee payment & admission confirmation: Pay the required fees to confirm the seat.
7. Hostel allocation (if opted): Apply and secure hostel accommodation after admission is confirmed.
