- MBBS degree recognized by NMC
- Permanent or provisional MBBS registration with State Medical Council / NMC
- Completion of CRRI before the prescribed cutoff date
- Valid NEET-PG qualification with required percentile
- Eligibility as per KUHS, NMC, and counselling authority norms
