1. MBBS degree recognised by the National Medical Commission.
2. Completed or expected completion of one‑year internship.

4. Registration with NMC or State Medical Council (provisional or permanent).

Amala Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Thrissur is a private, Christian minority medical college established in 2002, affiliated with Kerala University of Health Sciences and recognised by the National Medical Commission. The MD Pathology program is a three-year full-time postgraduate course designed to train specialists in laboratory medicine and disease diagnosis.
