1. Possess a recognized MBBS degree under the NMC Act.
2. Successful completion of one-year internship on or before the specified deadline.
3. Valid NEET-PG score meeting qualifying percentiles (§50th for UR; relaxed for reserved categories as per regulations).
4. Permanent or provisional registration with the NMC/State Medical Council.

The MD in General Medicine at Dr. Moopen’s Medical College, Wayanad is a rigorous three-year postgraduate program that prepares physicians to manage a broad spectrum of internal medical conditions. Beginning in 2021, the department admits a small group of trainees each year (typically 2 seats).
