MD Forensic Medicine

Overview

MD Forensic Medicine provides advanced knowledge of medico-legal practice, autopsy procedures, toxicology, and application of forensic science in criminal justice. The course equips students to serve as forensic experts in government institutions, medical colleges, and legal investigations. Graduates are eligible for careers as forensic specialists, medico-legal consultants, academic faculty, and research professionals in forensic sciences.

Eligibility

MBBS degree from a recognized university/college

Completed internship before the admission cut-off date

Permanent registration with MCI/State Medical Council

Qualified in NEET-PG

Seat allotment through AP State PG Medical Counselling (Dr. YSRUHS)
