The Department of Emergency Medicine at AIMSRC, Bengaluru, offers a structured postgraduate residency program designed to meet modern emergency care standards. The Emergency Department is equipped with advanced monitoring systems, trauma bays, resuscitation units, and life support technologies, allowing residents to train in a high-intensity clinical environment. Students receive hands-on exposure to trauma care, cardiac emergencies, pediatric emergencies, toxicology, airway management, and emergency imaging. The curriculum emphasizes simulation-based training, protocol-driven management, and multidisciplinary coordination with ICU, Surgery, Orthopedics, and Emergency Response Teams. AIMSRC also focuses on research, case presentations, and participation in workshops such as ACLS, BLS, and ATLS. The program aims to develop competent emergency physicians capable of delivering rapid, evidence-based care in critical situations.

1. Register for NEET-PG and appear for the exam.
2. Qualify with required minimum percentile.
3. Register for KEA PG Medical Counselling (Karnataka).
4. Upload documents and choose AIMSRC – M.D. Emergency Medicine during option entry.
5. Participate in Round 1/2/Mop-up rounds.
6. If allotted, download the allotment letter.
7. Report to AIMSRC with all original documents for verification.
8. Pay the admission fees and complete enrollment & hostel formalities.
