MD Dermatology Venereology Leprosy

1. Completed MBBS from an NMC-recognised institution.
2. Completed or expected to complete the rotating internship before the admission deadline.
3. Qualified NEET-PG with required category-wise percentile (General category ~50th percentile; relaxations for reserved categories).
4. Valid medical registration certificate (provisional or permanent) with the Medical Council.

The MD – Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy programme at TSRMMCHRC is a structured three-year postgraduate course designed to produce competent dermatologists capable of managing a wide spectrum of skin, venereal, and leprosy-related diseases. Residents receive extensive clinical exposure in outpatient and inpatient settings, dermatosurgery, cosmetology, and procedural dermatology. The programme includes training in sexually transmitted infections, leprosy management, and community dermatology initiatives, along with participation in research and academic activities. Graduates are prepared for clinical practice in hospitals, private clinics, academic positions, and public health dermatology programmes.

1. Qualify NEET-PG: Appear and secure a valid NEET-PG score.
2. Counselling Registration: Register with the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for All-India Quota and/or the relevant State Counselling Authority for State Quota.
3. Choice Filling: Select MD – Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy at TSRMMCHRC during counselling.
4. Seat Allotment: Seats allotted based on NEET-PG rank, category, and availability.
5. Document Verification: Submit original certificates including NEET-PG scorecard, MBBS degree, internship completion certificate, and registration proof.
6. Fee Payment & Admission Confirmation: Pay the prescribed fees to confirm the seat.
7. Hostel Allotment (if opted): Apply and secure hostel accommodation after confirmation.
