MD (Ayurveda) in Stree Rog & Prasuti Tantra

1. BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or equivalent recognized Ayurvedic medical qualification.
2. Candidates must qualify in AIAPGET (All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test).
3. Admission is based on the AIAPGET rank and centralized counselling process.
4. The course is a 3-year MS (Ayurveda) in Prasuti Tantra Evum Stree Roga and includes a thesis.

The Prasuti Tantra Evum Stree Roga postgraduate program at R. A. Podar Medical College (Ayu) & M. A. Podar Hospital, Mumbai provides advanced Ayurvedic training in obstetrics and gynecology. The program covers pregnancy and antenatal care, labor and postpartum care, infertility, menstrual disorders, PCOS/PCOD, menopause, gynecological disorders, and Ayurvedic management of women's reproductive health. Students receive theoretical, clinical, and practical training, including exposure to relevant gynecological and obstetric procedures, along with research and thesis work. The program duration is 3 years.
