MD (Ayurveda) in Shalakya Tantra

Overview

The Shalakya Tantra PG program provides extensive training in Ayurvedic management of conditions above the clavicle, combining classical knowledge with modern clinical practice. The department features:

• OPD & IPD units (including a specialized 30-bed IPD)
• A dedicated kriya-kalpa room for procedures (nasya, anjana, tarpana, etc.)
• Equipment for eye, ENT, and dental therapies
• A library with more than 50 key reference texts
• Faculty chambers and seminar hall for academic activities

Eligibility

BAMS graduate with completed internship

Valid AIA‑PGET score

Admission via Ayush PG counseling based on merit and reservation criteria

Comply with NCISM & state AYUSH regulations
