1. MBBS degree from an NMC‑recognized medical college.
2. Successfully completed the one‑year compulsory rotating internship.
3. Valid NEET‑PG score meeting the cutoff for the counseling year.
4. Registration (permanent or provisional) with the Medical Council of India / National Medical Commission or respective State Medical Council prior to starting the course.

The MD – Anaesthesiology program at ICARE Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Haldia, is a three‑year postgraduate medical degree aimed at training doctors in the scientific and clinical aspects of anaesthesia, perioperative medicine, and critical care.
