Eligibility
- Recognised MBBS degree from an NMC-approved college.
- Completion of the one-year compulsory internship before the academic year begins.
- Registration with a State Medical Council or NMC (permanent or provisional).
- Qualified NEET-PG with the required percentile for eligibility to counselling (e.g., ~50% for general category, relaxations for reserved categories).
- Any additional requirements made by counselling authorities (MCC/State CET Cell).

Admission Process:
- Qualify NEET-PG: Appear for and secure a valid score in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET-PG).
- Counselling Registration: Register for counselling with the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for 15% All-India Quota and the State Common Entrance Test Cell (Maharashtra) for the 85% State Quota.
- Seat Allotment: Seats are allotted in rounds based on NEET-PG rank, category, and preference.
