MD Anesthesiology

1. MBBS degree from an NMC-recognised institution.
2. Completed one-year compulsory rotating internship before admission.
3. Permanent/provisional registration with a State Medical Council/NMC.
4. Qualified NEET-PG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Postgraduate) with valid percentile and rank for counselling.
5. Eligibility certificate from RGUHS prior to admission.

The M.D. (Anaesthesiology) program at Kanachur Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Mangalore, is a three-year postgraduate clinical course that prepares physicians for specialised work in anaesthesia and critical perioperative care.
