- MBBS degree from an NMC-recognized institution
- Completion of 12-month compulsory rotatory internship by the prescribed cutoff date
- Permanent/Provisional registration with NMC or State Medical Council
- Qualification in NEET-PG
- Admission through KEA PG Medical Counselling (Karnataka Examination Authority)
