Master of Surgery (MS)

Overview

The Master of Surgery (MS) program at Madhubani Medical College & Hospital provides advanced surgical training in specialties such as General Surgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, and Obstetrics & Gynecology. The course is designed to develop high-level surgical skills through hands-on training in operation theaters, emergency surgical care, and pre- and post-operative management. Students participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and research projects under the supervision of senior faculty. The teaching hospital provides exposure to a wide variety of surgical cases, ensuring practical expertise. Eligibility

• MBBS degree from an NMC-recognized college.
• Completion of one-year compulsory internship.
• Valid NMC/State Medical Council registration.
• Must qualify NEET-PG examination conducted by NBE.
• Admission through Bihar PG Medical Counseling (BCECEB).
