Master of Surgery (MS)

Must have an MBBS degree plus completed internship.

Must qualify NEET‑PG, meeting state/category percentile cut-offs.

Must register for Rajasthan NEET‑PG centralized counselling via RUHS.

Seat allocation is based on rank, domicile status, reservation norms, and counselling preferences.

The M.S. program under RUHS is an advanced surgical residency that trains specialists through a balanced curriculum of academic instruction, clinical rotations, operative procedures, and research. Offered by major government medical colleges in Rajasthan, these programs follow RUHS academic guidelines and result in NMC-recognized qualifications. As per the 2024 intake, RUHS provides 1984 postgraduate seats across MD & MS programs, with MS covering six specialty disciplines.
