Master of Science (MSc) in Medical Surgical Nursing

• The candidate should be a RN/RM or equivalent with any state nursing registration council.
• The minimum educational requirement shall be the passing of B.Sc Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
• The candidate should have undergone in B.Sc Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc Nursing in an institution which is recognized by INC.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience after Basic B. Sc Nursing.
• Candidate should be medically fit.

The Department of Medical Surgical Nursing provides courses related to adult nursing as well as advanced nursing practice for undergraduate, post-graduate and diploma in nursing students. The department helps the students to develop knowledge, skills and clinical competence in health care settings. The Medical Surgical Nursing Department has conducted various activities as a part of curricular & co-curricular requirements in collaboration with Vydehi multispecialty which has 1608 bedded hospital.
