Master of Science (MSc) in Clinical Psychology

Overview

The M.Sc. Clinical Psychology program at Jain University is a two-year postgraduate course designed to provide a balanced integration of academic psychology with practical clinical training. The curriculum blends theoretical subjects like cognitive processes, psychopathology, health psychology, and personality theories with a strong emphasis on psychometric and psychotherapeutic skills. Students engage in hands-on experiences such as clinical assessments, psychological testing labs, and a culminating internship and project work—equipping them to pursue careers across mental health settings such as hospitals, counseling centers, rehabilitation hubs, and academic or research institutions.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree (Psychology or related fields) with minimum 50% marks; final-year candidates may apply.

Selection Process: Through JAIN Entrance Test (JET), followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).
