Master of Science (MSc) in Obstetrics & Gynaecological Nursing

1. Candidate should have minimum educational qualification of Basic B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing (Hon)/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing degree from an institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council New Delhi and from Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University Jabalpur or any other University accepted as equivalent to it.
2. Candidates should have minimum 55 % marks in aggregate in qualifying examination, 5% relaxation of marks is given for ST/SC candidates.

Candidates Should Encloses The Following Documents With Application Form -

• Application form in original of current year.
• Attested copy of senior secondary certificate (10+2) or old Higher Secondary School certificate (10+1), Separate birth certificate issued by competent authority such as magistrate etc. incase date of birth is not mentioned in school marksheet.
• Attested copies of all mark list of B.Sc Nursing examination (all Four years/all semester) copy of transcript in this regard will not be entertained.
• Attested true copy of B.Sc. Nursing degree.
• Attested copy of RN, RM (in lieu of RM for male) duly renewed.
• Attested copies of experience certificates.
• Course completion/college leaving certificate.
• Migration certificate (original).
• School leaving certificate(TC) (Original)
• Relieving letter from previous institution.
• Income certificate (if applicable).
• Domicile certificate.
• PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Samagra ID.
• Aadhaar Card of parents.
• Fitness certificate.
• Address proof.
• Certificate from sponsoring authority, if applicable (as per format given along with the form)
• Six passport size photos (one to be affixed on application form and two on the admission ticket).
• Two stamp size photographs.
• Two affix postal stamp of Rs.20/- on each self-addressed envelope of size 11X23.
• Schedule Caste /Schedule tribe certificate from competent authority, if applicable (District magistrate / Additional district magistrate / Collector / Deputy / Commissioner / Deputy Collector / Ist class stipendiary magistrate / Sub divisional magistrate / Taluka magistrate.
• Address proof.
• Soft copies of all documents including photos.
