Master of Science (MSc) in Microbiology

Overview

This course covers the history of microbiology, structure and function of cellular structures for bacteria, archaea, eukaryotes and viruses. Then we will dig into the human body's ability to fight off disease through immunology, failures of our immune system for hypersensitivities and autoimmune diseases, some epidemiology and then look at specific diseases caused by a few of our bad-boy pathogens. Comprehensive and industry-inspired courses that deal with making students industry and research-ready in every aspect. The program has been designed originally on four semesters that facilitate and empower the scholar to eligible for employment in every field, specific industry and intensive research. We train and inspire students by introducing them to cutting edge instrumentation and techniques being used in current scenarios. During their last semester, scholars carry out their individual research in whatever domain they prefer inspired by research, industry and medical field.
