The Master of Prosthetics and Orthotics (MPO) at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is one of the oldest and largest prosthetics and orthotics educational programs in the Western Hemisphere. The program is offered through the Northwestern University Prosthetics-Orthotics Center (NUPOC), which has earned an international reputation for excellence in education, clinical training, and innovation. The curriculum provides comprehensive instruction in anatomy, kinesiology, pathology, biomechanics, gait analysis, material science, prosthetic design, orthotic management, patient evaluation, and device fabrication.
