    B.Pharmacy form an AICET approved institution with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST from Maharashtra) either with valid & qualified GPAT score.

    • Candidates selected for admission in this institute and desirous of taking admission in this Institute are required to complete the admission process on or before stipulated date. The process include.

    One Orginal and attested copy in triplicate of the documents to be submitted along with the application form is as follows:

    1. MH-CET mark sheet
    2. H.S.C. (std. XII) mark sheet.
    3. School leaving certificate of H.S.C. (Std XII)
    4. S.S.C. (Std. X) mark sheet
    5. Domicile & Nationality Certificate of the candidate.
    6. For category students caste validity certificate, caste certificate and non creamy layer certificate (Current Year)
    7. Migration certificate of the student (Applicable to other than Maharashtra State students only)
    8. Passport Size Photographs (4 Copies)
    9. Medical Fitness Certificate
