Overview
The course aims to equip the pharmacy professionals with the required skills, attitude and knowledge to become a practicing clinical pharmacist and mould him as an efficient member of the health care team. The students will learn to provide medication therapy management and drug information services in the hospital settings. The course inculcates elements of pharmacovigilance which trains the graduates to assist physicians in adverse drug reaction reporting and also contribute to community outreach programs. They can contribute to efficient need-based research from the theoretical knowledge gained in conducting research in the first year of the course. The curriculum includes two semesters of classroom/hospital-based didactic study followed by two semesters of research work.

Eligibility
Candidate should have Pass in the B.Pharm Degree examinations in an Indian University established by law in India from an institution approved by PCI and has scored not less than 55% of maximum marks (aggregate of 4 years B.Pharm).
Every student, selected for admission to post graduate pharmacy program in any PCI approved institution should have obtained registration with the State Pharmacy Council or should obtain the same within one month from the date of his/her admission, failing which the admission of the candidate shall be cancelled.
