Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) in Pharmaceutics

Overview

• The department of Pharmaceutics consists of faculty members who conduct research in a variety of areas of Pharmaceutical science. Studies include the improvement of dissolution character of the drugs.
• Developing modified drug delivery systems, novel drug delivery includes micro-particles, nano-particles, niosomes, transdermal drug delivery systems, mouth dissolving films are the fields of research in the department.
• Various statistical software were used during development of formulation and optimization. ANOVA, Response surface methodology etc., were applied in the development of formulations.
• The department is the blend of experienced and young energetic researchers who are actively involved in research and conducting conferences.

Eligibility

Passed Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy. Obtained at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
