Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) in Pharmaceutics

Candidate should have passed B.Pharm degree examination of RGUHS or B.Pharm examinations of any other recognized University established in India or equivalent course recognized by PCI or AICTE, and should have secured not less than 55% (aggregate of four years). For SC/ST, and Category-I, the percentage should not be less than 50%.

• Pharmaceutics is the science of drug delivery and drug targeting. The research areas of the department cover dosage forms and formulation development. The mechanism of various physiological processes that impact on delivery of drugs to specific sites of action, on their therapeutic effectiveness and development of novel polymers for drug delivery applications are covered.
• The Department of Pharmaceutics is committed for excellence in research, instruction and service. The Department has 8 faculty members and received financial assistance as research projects. The output of research publications in peer reviewed journals is impressive.
