Master of Hospital Administration (MHA)

The Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) program at Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences is designed to develop competent healthcare administrators capable of managing modern hospitals and large healthcare organizations. AIMS, located within a large integrated medical campus at B.G. Nagara, offers students direct exposure to real-time hospital operations through its 1350+ bed Adichunchanagiri Hospital & Research Centre. The program blends theoretical learning in hospital planning, HR management, biomedical equipment management, healthcare quality, accreditation (NABH/NABL), and public health systems with extensive hands-on administrative training. Students receive mentorship from senior hospital administrators, medical superintendents, quality managers, and healthcare leaders. Field projects, internships, and case studies enhance managerial, analytical, and leadership capabilities. With a strong emphasis on operational excellence and patient-centered care, the MHA program prepares graduates for responsible roles in both public and private healthcare systems.
