A candidate must have a recognised degree of B.D.S (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a college or University recognized by Dental Council of India under section 10(2) of the Dentist Act, 1948 and should have obtained permanent registration with the state dental council.

- BDS Pass/ Degree Certificate issued by the University.
- Marks card of the University examinations passed for each academic year during B.D.S.
- Attempt Certificate issued by the Principal.
