Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Orthodontics and Dento Facial Orthopedics

A candidate for admission to the Master in Dental Surgery course, must possess a recognised degree of Bachelor in Dental Surgery awarded by a university or institute in India and registered with the State Dental Council and has obtained provisional or permanent registration and has undergone compulsory rotatory internship of a year in an approved/recognised dental college.

Documents Required at the time of Admission:

• DGHS Allotment Letter
• NEET Hall Ticket/Admit Card issued by NBE
• NEET Result/Rank letter issued by NBE
• BDS Mark sheets(1st, 2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations)
• BDS Degree Certificate
• Migration Certificate (undergraduate)
• BDS Internship Completion Certificate (Date of completion should be on before 31st March)
• Post Graduate Diploma Certificate (if any)
• Permanent BDS Registration Certificates from Any State Dental Council/Dental Council of India
• Permanent BDS Registration Certificate from UP Dental Council
• Conduct/Character Certificate from Head of Dental College from where you have graduated
• High School/Higher Secondary Certificate /Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth
• Fee Remittance Details (Refer Table 1B for Payment Mode)
• Pan Card Copy (Parent and Candidate)
• Aadhar Card Copy(Candidate)
• 1 set of self-attested photocopies, of all of the above documents
• 4 recent identical passport sized photographs
• Post Dated Cheques for whole course fees to be submitted at the time of admission
• Undertaking on 100 Rupees stamp for Cheque presentation, Clearance and Fee schedule
