Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Orthodontics and Dento Facial Orthopedics

Overview

Established in the year 2007, the department of Orthodontics and Dento-facial Orthopedics has been in the forefront in the field of Orthodontics involving itself in imparting quality education and delivering health care of the highest order. We believe in 4D principles which stand for discipline, direction, dedication and determination. The faculty members are highly qualified and experienced. They are trained from various schools of thoughts of Orthodontics, thereby inculcating the best of all this in teaching and training programs of our department. We always strive to get updated with the latest developments in the field of orthodontics. The students get exposed to wide variety of areas which aid in honing their clinical acumen. The students are taught to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice and manage patients with empathy. The department has been spearheading a new wave in the path of clinical excellence, built on a strong foundation of evidence based orthodontics.

Eligibility

• Applicant should have passed BDS degree from KUHS from any other University recognized by DCI.
• Registration with the State Dental Council.
