The Department of oral and maxillofacial surgery deals with the art of diagnosis and treatment of various diseases, injuries and defects involving the oral and maxillofacial region. And more importantly, the department has carved a special niche in the multidisciplinary approach to craniofacial pathologies and deals with other specialties in the maxillofacial region like plastic surgery, neurosurgery, ENT surgery and ophthalmology etc. The Department Oral and maxillofacial surgery, Rohtak is involved with training of undergraduate and postgraduate students in the theoretical and practical aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery, as well as in oral health research. In addition to this, the department is providing quality teaching to the undergraduates, postgraduates and fellow students.
