Overview
The department is very spacious spread over 8000 sq.ft area with separate UG and PG sections. The department has 9+9 (Electric) chairs with all attachments. The department caters more than 100 patients per day & is equipped with advanced diagnostic as well as therapeutic instruments like illuminated mouth mirrors, intra oral camera & TENS.
The radiology section has state of art equipments like Panoramic Radiograph which includes Cephalostat, Digital Radiography and 100 MA X-Ray unit for skull and extra oral Radiography, Automatic processor and the department has dark room with all processing equipments.
The department has meticulously devised curriculum as per DCI/RGUHS norms for UG & PG Teaching programmes, apart from separate Post Graduate section attached with patient examination room. A well-furnished seminar & PG rooms are provided with facilities such as LCD, lockers and Computer with dedicated high speed internet connection. A department library is also maintained for reference.

Eligibility
- He / She shall have BDS degree from college or university recognized by the dental council of India and RGUHS.
- Candidate not possessing a recognized Dental qualification for the above purpose must secure the prior approval of his/her qualification by DCI before admission to the MDS course.
- Students for MDS course shall be admitted strictly on performance at the competitive examination held by State Govt. / Universities / KRLM institutes as per guidelines.
