Candidates must have a recognised degree of Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery awarded by a University or institute in India and registered with the State Dental Council. The Candidate must have obtained a provisional or permanent registration and undergone compulsory rotatory internship for a year in an approved and recognised dental college.
Oral and Maxillofacial surgery is a specialty which addresses a wide range of problems involving the head and neck region, both parts that impact the overall health and well-being of the individual.
Students seeking admissions are required to appear and qualify in the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET-MDS) conducted on all India basis. All admissions are done through centralised common counselling by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).
