MDS Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Candidate must have BDS degree awarded by a university or institute in India & registered with the State Dental Council & has obtained provisional or permanent registration & has undergone compulsory rotatory internship of a year in an approved/recognised dental college.

Masters of Dental Surgery is a 3-year post graduate course approved by the Dental Council of India. MDS course cultivate development in critical thinking and analysis, advanced clinical skills and research which will enable the candidates to pursue research and academic career. The PG program prepares the students to become proficient practitioners and recommended consultants in respective fields of specialization. The candidates develop theoretical knowledge about dental practice and undertake extensive clinical training at the respective departments. candidates joining the courses should adhere to the conditions lay down by the institution and they are required to complete the core curriculum and dissertation papers.
