Conservative Dentistry is the branch of dentistry which is concerned with the conservation of teeth in the mouth involved with various dental diseases like dental caries, pulpal and peri-radicular diseases, developmental malformations of teeth, discolored teeth, traumatized teeth and management of dental pain. The Department offers undergraduate, Interns as well as postgraduate students many meticulous training programs. The department consists of most of the latest equipment in its respective field like, the Dental Operating Microscope, Lasers, All Ceramic laboratory. The department has state-of-the-art technology, dedicated teaching and non-teaching staff and infrastructure to render effective and predictable services to patients.

Eligibility
A candidate for admission to the Master in Dental Surgery course, must possess a recognised degree of Bachelor in Dental Surgery awarded by a university or institute in India and registered with the State Dental Council and has obtained provisional or permanent registration and has undergone compulsory rotatory internship of a year in an approved/recognised dental college.
