Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) in Pediatrics

Pass in BPT or B.Sc. (PT) with minimum 50%.

• Conduct / Character Certificate & Transfer / Migration Certificate issued by School / College last studied.
• Date of Birth / Age proof certificate.
• Caste Certificate (only for those belonging to reserved categories)
• Ten Passport & Ten Stamp Size Photographs
• Government ID Proof
