Overview

A Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, also known as a Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) is a postgraduate program that builds upon the knowledge and skills acquired during a Bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy. The program focuses on advanced concepts and techniques in the field of physiotherapy. Students will learn about specialized areas such as sports physiotherapy, geriatric physiotherapy, and neuro-physiotherapy. They will also gain deeper understanding of research methodologies, and will have the opportunity to conduct independent research and present their findings. Moreover, the program also includes supervised clinical experience in specialized settings, such as sports clinics, rehabilitation centers, and research institutions. Graduates of the program are equipped with the knowledge and skills to work in advanced roles within the physiotherapy field, such as clinical specialists, research coordinators, and educators.

Applicant must have passed Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) course.
