From an humble beginning in 2002 as the first dental college in the self financing sector in Kerala, Mar Baselios Dental College (MBDC) under the Mar Baselios Group of Institutions. The college is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) and approved by Dental Council of India. It offers a five year course in Bachelor of Dental surgery (B.D.S). The college has an annual intake of 60 seats per year since 2005-06.
