Overview

At our organization, we have a very specific goal in mind when it comes to training our candidates: we want to teach them the art of performing Small Incision Cataract Surgery (SICS) manually. We firmly believe that mastering this technique is crucial for aspiring phacoemulsification surgeons, which is why we place such an emphasis on it in our training programs. Our approach is highly hands-on, which means that our candidates will be able to receive unparalleled experience and guidance from Dr. Ramesh Agarwalla and his team as they undergo their training. This short-term program spans a duration of 3 months, which is ample time to obtain a thorough understanding of SICS surgical procedures.

The training program has been designed to provide hands-on experience to candidates to ensure that they get an opportunity to perform 50 successful cataract surgeries with the support of our qualified instructors. • Qualified practicing Ophthalmologists with MS / DO / DNB degree from recognized university.
• Both Indian & Foreign Nationals are invited to apply.3
