The Medical College and Hospital, in the name of Mahaveer Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (MIMS), Bhopal, is an institution promoted by the Jain Sarvodaya Vidhya Gyanpith Samiti, Bhopal, a society registered under Madhya Pradesh Societies Registrikaran Adhiniyam 1973, vide Reg. No. 14826/ 10.03.2005 as a charitable institution. It is a non-profit making charitable institution and the members of executive committee are experienced in their respective fields.
