Mahatme Eye Bank & Eye Hospital, Somalwada, Nagpur

The Mahatme Eye Bank and Eye Hospital run by the SMM Eye Welfare Charitable Trust, Nagpur is a healthcare entity providing general and specialist eye care, and training of eye care professionals. The Trust also runs an internationally acclaimed surgical training center along with a recognized postgraduate teaching institute. The surgical training center is recognized by the International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO), International Ophthalmological fellowship Foundation (IOFF) for fellowships and also by the Government of India for training of government employed eye surgeons. This postgraduate institute provides training to DNB and DOMS candidates. Resident Fellowship programs are also available for Post M.S. / Post DOMS eye surgeons.
